Aicha McKenzie is a pioneering creative leader, wellness advocate, and entrepreneur whose career spans elite sport, global entertainment, and cultural leadership. As the first Black British Rhythmic Gymnastics Champion and a triple bronze medallist at the Commonwealth Games, she developed the discipline, resilience, and mental strength required to perform at the highest level.

She later co-founded AMCK Dance in 2005, now Europe’s leading dance agency, and launched AMCK Models, the UK’s first all-male modelling agency - together reshaping representation and opportunity across fashion, dance, and pop culture. As AMCK Dance and Models recently marked 20 years, Aicha reached a pivotal moment in her career: a recognition that while creative talent is celebrated for its output, it is rarely supported in a truly holistic way.

Drawing from lived experience as both a performer and an employer, Aicha has seen first-hand how commercial dancers operate within high-pressure systems that prioritise performance over mental wellbeing, often without the structures needed to sustain long-term health, stability, or dignity. This understanding - combined with her work as a trained breathwork coach and wellness practitioner - now drives her philanthropic focus.

Aicha is also a highly sought-after speaker and consultant, with her insights on mindset, leadership, and wellbeing featured on platforms including Happy Place, Constantly Evolving, and Power Hour. Through every chapter of her career, she has remained committed to one principle: that talent deserves care, not just opportunity.

She is the Founder of AMCK Legacy Foundation, established as a natural evolution of her life’s work - centred on advocacy, access, and long-term wellbeing for commercial dancers whose contribution to culture has too often existed without the support systems they deserve.
